The purpose of the CP Member Zone website is to become a creative space for the Connections Place community. Members and staff will get the opportunity to collaboratively design, build, and maintain a website, thereby honing their web creation skills in the process.

Our focus is going to be primarily an educational one, with an emphasis on learning the design aspect of web creation. As such, there may not be a lot of community content posted here.
Things are also likely to change frequently as we learn more about designing and creating visually appealing web layouts. Think of the site as a sort of digital playground or sandbox, where community members can learn and play around with layouts, without worrying too much about creating the perfect design. It’s all about learning something new and having fun in the process.
first steps
The first step is to get some content posted, within a minimal design framework, to give us something to work with. The content will be clubhouse related, and may feature things like: monthly social and food calendars, a regularly published Clubhouse newsletter, a spotlight on outstanding members of the community, and a photo gallery.
After the initial content has been created, we can begin tweaking the design and visual appeal of the site. Things are going to change frequently in the early days, and perhaps we will never have a “finished” website, but as stated above, the emphasis here is on the learning process.
